1. Registration and Account

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Company is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence.

2. Payment and Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; however, the price for an already paid order remains unchanged.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Given the perishable nature of the goods (food), order cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for individual plans, and 72 hours for catering services. Untimely cancellation results in a 100% charge.

4. Allergy Responsibility

The client is obliged to notify the Company of any food allergies in writing when placing an order. EVERREADYMEALS LTD takes all precautions but cannot guarantee the total absence of allergen traces in a facility where nuts, gluten, and seafood are handled.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, EVERREADYMEALS LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our service.
